Please read carefully our Return & Refund policy before you send something back to us. We will not issue refunds for products we receive without prior notice.
We accept returns and exchanges according to EU rules. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. After that, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a reimbursement, the item must be unused and in mint condition. It must also come in its original packaging.
In order to complete the refund we also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us about your request and if eligible a return-code will be sent to you as well as further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note: The buyer covers all shipping fees.
Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts.

You will receive an email from us as soon as the returned item is received and inspected, also notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your account within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

We can only exchange items for others of the same or higher value. If you want to exchange an item for a lower-priced one, a store-credit will be given to you to use on a future order. Store-credits cannot be passed to other people and are valid for a one-year period. If your item is defective or damaged you may exchange it for an identical unscathed item.

If you received a gift purchased from our store and you want to return it you can either exchange it or you can receive a Gift-credit of equal value.
Please remember that we need to be notified within 14 days from the purchase date. After that all purchases are final.

You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that we will not issue refunds if we receive your item back with no prior notice.

Free shipping is valid for orders over 50 €.
Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days. Items made to order are shipped within 2 weeks. Please check out on each item's availability.
After the parcels are sent it usually takes 1 business day to arrive.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number via courier services.
Shipping to the rest of the world

The shipping period depends on your location:
- Europe: approx. 3-5 working days,
