When the product has a MADE TO ORDER ribbon , your order will be put in production after we receive it.
In that case it takes 5-7 working days for your order to be shipped.

We accept returns and exchanges according to EU rules. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. After that, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a reimbursement, the item must be unused and in mint condition. It must also come in its original packaging.In order to complete the refund we also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

Exchanges
We can only exchange items for others of the same or higher value. If you want to exchange an item for a lower-priced one, a store-credit will be given to you to use on a future order. Store-credits cannot be passed to other people and are valid for a one-year period. If your item is defective or damaged you may exchange it for an identical unscathed item.

Gifts
If you received a gift purchased from our store and you want to return it you can either exchange it or you can receive a Gift-credit of equal value.
Please remember that we need to be notified within 14 days from the purchase date. After that all purchases are final.
