Shipping to Greece
- Free shipping is valid for orders over 100 €.
- Items in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Items made to order are shipped within 2 weeks. Please check each item’s availability.
- After parcels are sent, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number via courier services.
Shipping to the Rest of the World
- Items in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Items made to order are shipped within 2 weeks. Please check each item’s availability.
- Europe: approx. 3–7 working days
- Rest of the world: approx. 7–10 working days (may take up to 3 weeks or more)
- All additional border and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Orders ship as registered parcels with a tracking number via Hellenic Post or DHL.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please read our Return & Refund policy carefully before sending anything back. We will not issue refunds for products received without prior notice.
We accept returns and exchanges according to EU rules. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. After that, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a reimbursement, the item must be unused and in mint condition. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete the refund, we also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: The buyer covers all shipping fees.

You will receive an email as soon as the returned item is received and inspected, notifying you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited within the specified timeframe.

- Contact your credit card company
- Then contact your bank

Exchanges
We can only exchange items for others of equal or higher value.
For lower-priced exchanges, a store credit will be issued (valid for one year and non-transferable).
If your item is defective or damaged, it can be exchanged for an identical item.

Gifts
If you received a gift purchased from our store and wish to return it, you may exchange it or receive a gift credit of equal value.
Note: You must notify us within 14 days from the purchase date. After that, all sales are final.

You are responsible for covering all shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 €, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
